Session Length & Options
- Standard sessions last 60 minutes (in person, online, or by phone)
- Extended sessions (90 minutes): £95 — available if you feel more time would be helpful
- I also offer walking therapy (outdoor sessions in nature)
- Home visits are possible within a 3-mile radius, with a small additional fee
Initial Consultation
I offer a free 30-minute consultation. This is a chance to meet, talk through what brings you to therapy, and see if working together feels right. There is no obligation to continue afterwards.

Fees & Payment
- Standard session (60 minutes): £65
- Extended session (90 minutes): £95
- Concessions available – I keep a limited number of reduced-rate spaces, including for trainee therapists, though these do tend to go quickly.
Payment can be made by cash or card transfer directly to my account. To confirm your session, payment is required at least 48 hours in advance.
Cancellations & Rescheduling
If you need to cancel or rearrange a session, I ask for 72 hours' notice. Where possible, I will always try to offer you an alternative time or day. Cancellations with less than 72 hours' notice may be charged in full.

Frequency of Sessions
Therapy is often most effective when sessions take place weekly at a regular time. This creates a safe and consistent space to support your process. We can also review the frequency together and adjust according to your needs.
Commitment
There's no set number of sessions you must commit to. Some people come for a short time to focus on a particular issue, while others prefer longer-term therapy for deeper exploration. We will check in regularly to make sure the work feels right for you.
