During my two years in therapy I discovered why I am who I am and I was given the tools and the methods to live my life in a way previously unknown to me. Chris was a shining light in a world of darkness. I am now able to understand what makes me tick and my knowledge of self brings an inner peace after a lifetime of turmoil. I will never be able to repay or thank Chris enough for my transformation, my only regret is that I didn't find him sooner. My outlook on life is brighter and lighter and my relationship with myself and others is now a positive experience. I find Chris to be a passionate and conscientious therapist.
